A Different Approach to Recovery, Wellness and Looking After Yourself

Looking after your wellbeing isn't always about doing more. Sometimes it's about making space for your body, understanding your options and finding a routine that works for you.

Breathe. is a specialist wellness and recovery studio on Lawson Street in Byron Bay, bringing together mild hyperbaric oxygen therapy, full-body red light therapy and clinical naturopathy.

Mild hyperbaric oxygen therapy (mHBOT) involves breathing oxygen in a gently pressurised chamber. Breathe. offers seated, reclining, lying and two-person chamber options, with supervised sessions and an initial assessment to help determine individual suitability.

The studio also offers full-body red and near-infrared light therapy using a dedicated therapy bed. Known as photobiomodulation, this non-invasive technology uses selected wavelengths of light and is being studied for applications involving skin health, cellular processes and physical recovery.

For those interested in both services, the Breathe. Signature Experience combines oxygen and light therapy within one appointment. Individual sessions, packages and memberships provide options for occasional visits or a more consistent routine.

Clinical naturopathy adds a personalised dimension. In-house naturopath Ebany Holloway considers nutrition, lifestyle, health history and individual wellbeing goals when developing recommendations.

Whether you're exploring recovery after physical activity, interested in emerging wellness technologies or simply prioritising time for yourself, Breathe. offers a calm environment for making informed decisions about your wellbeing.

Because feeling better supported starts with understanding what your body needs.

Does Breathe. offer full-body red light therapy?
Yes. Breathe. offers full-body red and near-infrared light therapy using a dedicated therapy bed. The studio provides standalone red light sessions as well as a combined appointment called the Breathe. Signature Experience, incorporating both red light therapy and mild hyperbaric oxygen therapy.
Can I book individual sessions or a regular wellness program at Breathe.?
Yes. Breathe. offers individual sessions, multi-session packages and memberships. The studio encourages clients to discuss their health history and goals so they can make informed decisions about suitable services.
