Byron Bay Spirits

Byron Bay Spirits is a local craft distillery creating small-batch spirits inspired by the landscape, ingredients and unmistakable character of the Byron Bay region.

Located in the Byron Arts & Industry Estate, the distillery invites visitors into its tasting lounge and cellar door to discover where the spirits are made, explore the range and experience a distinctly local take on contemporary distilling. The tasting lounge sits alongside the working distillery at 88 Centennial Circuit, making it an easy addition to a day exploring Byron Bay's creative and industrial precinct.

At the heart of Byron Bay Spirits is a commitment to natural ingredients and small-batch production. Spirits are pot distilled on the farm at Tyagarah, with ingredients sourced from the property or locally wherever possible. The Byron Bees Honey Gin, for example, combines Australian native botanicals with artisan honey produced from the distillery's own hives.

The range extends across gin and locally inspired liqueurs to ready-to-serve cocktails, including limoncello and coffee liqueur among the current collection. It's a celebration of flavour grounded firmly in its Northern Rivers home.

Whether you're passionate about craft spirits, searching for something distinctly Byron to take home, or simply looking for a different experience while exploring town, Byron Bay Spirits offers an authentic taste of the region.
