Husk Distillers
Husk Farm Distillery is a pioneering farm-to-bottle distillery set on a 150-acre family farm in North Tumbulgum in the Tweed Valley. Home to Husk Rum and Ink Gin, the working cattle and cane farm grows sugar cane used to create distinctive Australian spirits with a genuine connection to place. Visitors can tour the distillery, taste spirits at the Cellar Door, enjoy cocktails overlooking the farm or settle in for lunch at Planter's Kitchen, making Husk one of the Northern Rivers' most distinctive food and drink experiences.
