After years’ operating from Murwillumbah and helping put the Northern Rivers Rail Trail on the map, Jeff and Rachel faced an unexpected challenge when they lost their trailhead lease in 2023. But true to form, they turned the setback into a fresh beginning — relocating and rebranding in Mooball, where their new locale has become the beating heart of local cycling culture.

From here, Northern Rivers Cycles offers everything a rider could dream of; bike sales, service and repair, e-bike and standard bike hire, along with local insider tips that make every ride unforgettable. Each bike is expertly maintained by Jeff himself, ensuring safety, comfort, and performance on every ride. And when the pedalling’s done, the seasonal Pedal & Sip Cafe offers the perfect spot to rest and refuel with a coffee under the trees — or you can wander next door to The Victory Hotel for a well-earned drink or meal with the locals.
