In a region defined by natural beauty, creative energy and entrepreneurial heart, Lauren — known locally as That PR Girl — has become a quiet force behind some of Byron’s most meaningful stories: the sustainable makers, the community trailblazers, the creatives and innovators, and the founders with vision and heart.
A strategist, storyteller and connector, she has built a reputation for amplifying local voices and championing purpose-led brands. Her focus is on shaping stories that don’t just land but resonate. “I love building something real with founders, creating strategy, momentum and narrative around their vision. When they win, the community wins.”
With more than a decade of experience, Lauren helps brands get seen and heard through thoughtful storytelling, strategic direction and strong media relationships. She brings agency polish to Byron’s relaxed, values-driven rhythm. “Great PR isn’t about noise, it’s about resonance.”
Her work includes media releases, editorial features, brand and event launches, sponsorship campaigns and award submissions. Each project begins with curiosity and ends with impact. Her client list reflects the region’s creative heartbeat; from community campaigns to national coverage, her stories have helped shape Byron’s cultural identity across print, digital and television. Yet for Lauren, it always comes back to the people — the passion, purpose and grit that turn ventures into brands with heart. “People connect with people; that’s where real storytelling begins.”
Based at Studio Four65 in Byron’s Arts & Industry Estate, founded by Sammy Mathers and Jasmine Ford, she is part of a collaborative hub of designers, photographers, stylists and content makers, all creating independently but side by side. “It’s a place where ideas flow, creativity feels contagious, and collaboration is woven into the walls.”
Alongside her partner Ryan, Lauren also co-leads Always Keen Productions, a studio for cinematic storytelling and high-end content grounded in feeling rather than flash. She draws out genuine stories through conversation and connection, while Ryan brings a filmmaker’s eye and global experience behind the lens. Together, they create content that doesn’t just look good — it feels real. “We don’t force stories; we uncover them. Real voices, real emotion, real connection.”
As Byron’s creative scene continues to evolve, Lauren offers a rare, integrated model that blends PR, media, strategy and film.
