The longevity revolution is unfolding in our own region. Alongside the cellular focused centres reshaping how we think about wellness, a number of local spaces are making evidence informed therapies accessible in everyday life. From recovery and detoxification to performance, energy and emotional balance, these venues offer practical ways to support the body’s natural repair systems —
one session, one ritual, one moment of care at a time.

BREATHE. STUDIOS
Breathe. Studios is a boutique wellness space in the heart of Byron
Bay, designed as a calm, restorative environment where people
can prioritise recovery, optimise wellbeing, enhance performance
and support healthy ageing. Specialising in Mild Hyperbaric Oxygen
Therapy (mHBOT) and Full Body Red Light Therapy Bed, the studio
offers evidence informed treatments that help the body produce
energy, repair tissue and function at its best, whether you’re
managing fatigue, recovering from training or simply wanting to feel
more balanced day to day.
Guided by an experienced team, every session is shaped with
personalised care, education and genuine support, helping clients
understand how their bodies respond and what they need to
thrive. The therapies are designed to work in harmony, supporting
oxygenation, circulation, cellular repair and nervous system balance
in ways that build over time.
The environment itself is part of the treatment, intentionally
designed to feel quiet and restorative to help visitors slow down,
breathe deeply and reconnect with their bodies. It’s a space where
wellbeing feels achievable, sustainable and grounded in science
rather than trend. At Breathe. Studios, the philosophy is simple:
when recovery becomes part of your routine, feeling your best
becomes part of everyday life.

KALM SPRINGS
Private, holistic and designed to support health, recovery and
wellbeing, Kalm Springs is an oasis of wellness in Cabarita Beach.
The space brings together a comprehensive range of therapies
in one tranquil, private environment — floatation therapy, full body
cryotherapy, LED light therapy for the body and face, infrared
saunas, compression boots and ice baths. Each modality is chosen
for its ability to support the body’s natural repair processes, whether
that’s easing muscle tension, reducing inflammation, improving
circulation or helping the nervous system settle after periods of
stress.
What defines Kalm Springs is the experience itself. Unlike traditional
communal wellness facilities, the space offers quiet, private rooms
and personalised attention, allowing visitors to move through
their session without noise, interruption or the pressure of shared
environments. It’s a place where recovery feels intentional rather
than rushed, and where every treatment is shaped around how you
want to feel — lighter, clearer, calmer or simply more connected to
your body.
Kalm Springs makes consistent self-care easy, accessible and
enjoyable. Whether you’re recovering after training, unwinding after
a busy week, managing fatigue or carving out time for yourself, the
space offers a calm, considered approach to everyday wellbeing.
At Kalm Springs, wellness becomes a ritual you can return to again
and again.
